VESPER
3 Parts gin
1 Part Finlandia Vodka
1/4 ounce Lillet Blond
Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

LAZONE'S MARTINI*
Take off on the Colony Cocktail house drink at the legendary Colony Restaurant on 5 th Avenue in New York City . Named in honor of Chef Lazone at Commander's Palace

1 ounce Finlandia vodka
1/2 ounce Southern Comfort
Quarter ounce fresh Lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup to taste
2 Dashes Peychauds Bitters
2 Dashes Herbsaint.
Shake all the ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled Martini glass with a thin lime wheel garnish.

YUZU PLYMOUTH GIMLET
Ingredients
1 1/2 ounce Plymouth Gin
1 teaspoon Yuzu
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce Roses Lime Juice
1/2 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 ounce Maraschino Liqueur
Hawaiian red sea salt crusted martini glass (optional as available)
Adjust sweetness with honey syrup
Preparation
Prepare and martini glass with a Hawaiian black sea salt rim. Assemble all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a thin wheel of lime. Adjust sweetness with simple syrup.

CAIPIRIRINHA DE UVA
Ingredients
2 ounces Cachaca
1 ounce simple syrup
1/2 lime quartered.
4 Seedless green grapes
1/4 ounce Velvet Falernum
Preparation
Place lime quarters and grapes in the bottom of a mixing glass, add the syrup and muddle extracting the juice and the oil in the skin from the lime quarters. Chill a rocks glass with cracked ice. Add Cachaca to the mixture in the mixing glass and toss ice into the mixing glass and shake well. Pour the entire contents of the mixing glass back into the chilled rocks glass and serve.
