LIME IN DE COCONUT
*Original drink by Dale DeGroff

3/4 ounce Finlandia Lime Vodka
3/4 ounce Finlandia vodka
1 teaspoon coconut cream  (Coco Lopez will do fine)
1 1/2 ounce coconut water
small piece of fresh ginger the size of a nickel
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce Dales Triple sweetener*
1 long slice English cucumber( with skin)
and 1 mint sprig for garnish

Preparation:
Muddle the ginger and fresh lime juice together in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add the two vodkas, the syrup and the coconut cream and shake well with ice. Strain into a double old fashioned glass over ice and garnish. 

*Dale's Triple Sweetener: mix two parts simple syrup (equal parts of superfine sugar and water dissolved together), with two parts of Agave syrup (equal parts of agave nectar and water dissolved together), with 1/2 part honey syrup (equal parts of honey and water dissolved together). Bottle and store for use in the fridge.

* For those who like short cuts: Instead of the Triple Sweetener, you can use a mixture of 3/4 oz of Canton Ginger Liqueur and 1 tsp of coconut cream
