Beverage Alcohol Resource (B.A.R.) is a series of comprehensive training in spirits and mixology training programs designed to provide a complete education in spirts and mixology. Attended by industry professionals, journalists, and mixologists, these innovative seminars
are led by a team of six of the world's leading spirits and cocktail authorities, eachcontributing their specific expertise to the sessions: The partners, Dale DeGroff, Doug Frost, Steve Olson, Paul Pacult, David Wondrich, and Andy Seymore,received the Cheers Innovators Award in 2007.

B.A.R. Customized One-Day Programs are offered for spirits companies and properties. The program is designed to target their specific needs and bolster the knowledge of internal staff and can also be used to reward key accounts.

A Five-Day Intermediate Certificate Program is given once a year in NYC, which attracts attendees from all over the world and is considered to be the most comprehensive training program available. The next session is scheduled for Sept 27 - Oct 1, 2010.
