


LIME IN DE COCONUT by Dale DeGroff
3/4 ounce Finlandia Lime Vodka
3/4 ounce Finlandia vodka
1 teaspoon coconut cream (Coco Lopez will do fine)
1 1/2 ounce coconut water
small piece of fresh ginger the size of a nickel
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce Dales Triple sweetener*
1 long slice English cucumber( with skin)
and 1 mint sprig for garnish
Preparation:
Muddle ginger and fresh lime juice in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add vodkas, syrup and coconut cream. Shake well with ice and strain into a double old fashioned glass over ice and garnish.
*Dale's Triple Sweetener:
COMBINE:
Two parts simple syrup (dissolved equal parts of superfine sugar), Two parts of Agave syrup (dissolved equal pts agave nectar & water), 1/2 part honey syrup (dissolved equal parts of honey and water). Bottle and store for use in the fridge.
SHORT CUT:
Instead of Triple Sweetener, you can use a mixture of 3/4 oz of Canton Ginger Liqueur and 1 tsp of coconut cream
PINEAPPLE SMASH by Tony Abou-Ganim
1 1/2 ounces Finlandia Vodka
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup*
4 chunks fresh pineapple
12 spearmint leaves
Preparation
Muddle the pineapple and the simple syrup and mint leaves in an old fashioned glass. Add lime juice Finlandia Vodka and crushed ice ands stir, Garnish with a sprig of mint and a pineapple stick.
