Master Mixologist Dale DeGroff
Often referred to as the “King of Cocktails”, Dale DeGroff developed his extraordinary techniques and talent tending bar at great establishments most notably at the famous Rainbow Room where he was one of the first to pioneer a gourmet approach to recreating great classic cocktails, inventing hundreds of his own using fresh squeezed juices and exotic ingredients.DeGroff creates award-winning cocktails and continues to be a leading consultant and promoter in the beverage world. He is also a founding partner of Beverage Alcohol Resource (BAR), a partnership of six of the world's leading spirits and cocktails authorities that provide innovative and comprehensive training programs and seminars.
Dale is the author of the IACP award winning "The Craft of The Cocktail" and his newest release: "The Essential Cocktail" (Random House ) and the founding President of The Museum of the American Cocktail, the first museum in the world dedicated to education in mixology and celebrating the rich heritage
of the American Cocktail.
